		<description><![CDATA[Well winter has set in! The warm water at the tower has gone! Down to 60 degrees this AM.
The black sea bass are still in the 20 to 30 mile range!
Grouper in the 35 to 45 mile range.
Kings - need to find that 67 to 68 degree water. Best with good bottom near by. Troll [...]]]></description>
